Getting Here
We're located just off the A189, about 2 miles north of Newcastle city centre. If you're coming by Metro, Jesmond station is a 12-minute walk. Bus routes 30, 31, and 36 stop directly outside on Stepney Road.
Parking Information
Free visitor parking is available in our main car park – enter through the gates on Stepney Road and follow signs for "faroquelent Visitor Spaces." If our car park is full, there's additional street parking on surrounding roads with no time restrictions.
Accessibility
Our North Wing entrance has level access with automatic doors. We have lifts to all floors, accessible toilets, and hearing loop systems in our meeting rooms. If you have specific access requirements, please mention them when booking your appointment.
